Nomarc Data Gig, operated by Nomadic Architects, is the data controller for personal information processed on this platform. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

Account details (name, email, role); profile information you add (headline, bio, location, experience, education, skills, certifications, services, avatar); company and product details for exhibitors; jobs, applications, quotes, messages, reviews and recommendations; and technical data (device, log and usage information) needed to run and secure the service.

To provide the marketplace — showing your profile and listings to relevant users, enabling messaging, hiring, quotes and reviews; to verify accounts; to keep the platform safe (fraud, spam and abuse prevention); and to improve our services. We do not sell your personal data.

We process data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), for our legitimate interests (safety, improvement), to comply with legal obligations, and with your consent where required. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Profile and listing information you publish is visible to other users by design. We use trusted processors (hosting, database, file storage, analytics) under appropriate safeguards. We may disclose data where required by law.

Data is stored on reputable cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege practices. Files are validated and size-limited on upload. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

You have the right to access, correct, export and delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can download a copy of your data and delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, listings and associated records.

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. When you delete your account, we remove your data, except where retention is legally required.
